I have been a member of the gym for a couple of years now. I would go about 4 times a week and do my cardio workout and maybe lift the odd weight but that started to get boring and I also noticed that my weight loss had reached a plateau and I wasn’t really getting any results so I thought I’d give a personal trainer a go.
